FP360 SC oil analyzer is an online analyzer for oil in water that uses ultraviolet fluorescence analysis method, with high sensitivity. The oil analyzer in the water can be optionally equipped with a corrosion-resistant titanium alloy probe, which is not affected by suspended particles and provides multiple installation methods. It can be connected to the SC controller.

FP360 SC oil analyzer is an online oil analyzer designed specifically for monitoring trace mineral oil in water. It is used in municipal and industrial wastewater, water treatment and process water treatment (non explosion hazardous areas), industrial process monitoring, seawater desalination inlet monitoring, membrane treatment, etc.

-Working principle

The FP360 SC oil analyzer is based on the fluorescence characteristics of PAHs and uses ultraviolet fluorescence method to determine the concentration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water. PAHs excited by ultraviolet light will produce short-term delayed luminescence, and the intensity of the light will be measured at a wavelength of 360nm. This water oil analyzer calculates the total content of oil in the water by detecting the concentration of PAHs.
